These form the basis of many elements that are designed and presented to clients, which later form essential communication to any contractors on site, to ensure that there is seamless coordination, bridging the gap between creative vision and practical execution.
Technical drawings are carried through the project from the concept stage, to design development and design detailing. Listing exactly what is to be installed and where, including all the material finishes, dimensions, and colours. Once the technical package to a project is complete they help inform the schedules; such as lighting, ironmongery and furniture.
Drawings can be prepared for bespoke cabinetry, decoration details, plumbing & electrical information for kitchens and bathrooms, and lighting plans to plot all of the lights, sockets and light switches.
